Here’s a really simple, Christmas Craft Activity for young children. Fantastic for developing fine motor skills and getting children to think creatively. 

What do you need? 

• Lollipop Sticks– we used colourful ones, but plain ones would work just as well and you could get the children painting them too. 

• Glue

• Pen

• Paper 

What do you do? 

So simple, it barely needs explaining. Just provide children with all the equipment and encourage them to create Christmas themed pictures using the lollipop sticks. You could set it as a challenge,  as we have done previously. 

Or even use them to make special Christmas Cards.

Or show children Christmas  pictures and encourage them to copy them using their lollipop Sticks.
