This has to be one of my favourite activities. It’s so easy yet absolutely brilliant and the kids will love it! After you’ve made your volcano and made it erupt you’ve also got a fantastic stimulus to get the children to do some written work describing or explaining it.

- Pipette/similar
- Bicarbonate of sofa
- Vinegar
- Red food colouring
- Plate
- Paint
- Pens
- Paper
