-I love, love, love Rosie Revere Engineer and its message on gender equality and not giving up. I would highly recommend it. It’s currently my children’s favourite book.

2.

As with the other ‘look inside’ books by Usborne, this book is packed full of fantastic detail and discussion points.

3.

Cute, lift the flap building site book for young children.

4.

Another fabulous book by Andrea Beaty, the illustrations by David Roberts and stunning.

5.

Gorgeous lift-the-flap book, great for teaching the basics of construction to young children

6.

Fun lift-the-flap digger book that makes sounds too!

7.

Kids will learn so much from this bold and beautifully illustrated Construction book by Sally Sutton (illustrations by Brian Lovelock).

8.

Packed full of vehicles to teach your children (and maybe you!) tonnes (!) about construction vehicles.

9.

I love Usborne sticker books as the stickers are always very high quality and detailed, great fun for kids making the scenes for their building sites.

10.

We adore this book (see review here), fantastic craft book with stencils and templates for making your very own cars and trucks.

11.

Fantastic, educational and fun book with incredible detail.

12.

Gorgeous, children’s story perfect for snuggling up with.

13.

Noisy button, digger book- what’s not to love!
